Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, update payment, or cancel your subscription.

How do I upgrade my plan?

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Billing or Subscription
3. Click Change Plan or Upgrade
4. Review available plans and their features
5. Select your new plan
6. Confirm the change

What happens:

• Your plan changes take effect immediately
• You'll be credited for unused time on your old plan
• New billing amount reflects on your next invoice

How do I update my payment method?

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Update Payment Method or Payment Settings
3. You'll be redirected to our secure payment provider
4. Enter your new card details or select a different payment method
5. Confirm the update
6. You'll be redirected back to pencild

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Debit cards
• Other methods may be available depending on your region

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. You may be asked for feedback (optional)
4. Confirm cancellation

What happens after cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You won't be charged again
• After the period ends, your account becomes inactive
• Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you resubscribe
• After 30 days of inactivity, data may be permanently deleted

To resubscribe: Simply choose a plan and add payment again before your data is deleted.
