: 14 days from account creation. Add a payment method during signup (you won't be charged) to extend your trial to 30 days. During the trial you get full access to all features. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
: Artist Accounts are for individual tattoo professionals: manage your own clients, track projects from consultation to completion, schedule appointments, connect your email and Instagram, and handle your own deposits. Studio Accounts include everything artists get, plus: add multiple artists as team members, assign clients and projects to specific artists, studio-wide calendar showing all artist appointments, and manage studio-level billing.
: Yes. Each user has their own unique encryption key. Encrypted fields include: email content, phone numbers, addresses, notes, financial information, Instagram messages, and OAuth tokens. Your encryption key is itself encrypted with a master key. Even if our database were compromised, your data remains unreadable. Our staff cannot read your personal client information.
: Only you can see and access your personal account data. If you're in a studio, studio owners can see studio-level data only. Your personal data (personal email, personal clients not assigned to studio) remains private. Every database query is scoped to your user account. Cross-user data access is technically impossible.
: Yes. When you delete records, data is retained for 30 days (soft delete) in case you change your mind. After 30 days, permanent deletion occurs automatically. You can also export your data anytime. Your clients, your records, your files.
: The artist takes everything with them. Their clients, projects, messages, and data go with their account. There's no data to transfer, no arguments about ownership. The studio can see historical records of what work was assigned to the departed artist, but the artist's personal data moves with them.
: Go to Settings, then Billing, then Cancel Subscription. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again. Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you resubscribe.
